Our Teachers
Native American and Irish-speaking teachers
Thanks to established relationships with U.S. and Irish universities, Teachers are personally selected by our team through a long and thorough process.
We have become increasingly focused on the search for specific skills and competencies, focusing on selecting students primarily from “Education” faculty but also valuing experience skills and individual passion.

Training
Training occupies a crucial role in our work.
TEACHING IS THE ADULT WAY OF LEARNING – TEACHING REQUIRES CONSTANT LEARNING
Our teachers:
- They participate in a week-long training, here they test and deepen their knowledge and consolidate the method.
- They discuss key mission points.
- They consolidate friendly relations with each other.
- They prepare specific materials for each Camp.
- They create the right atmosphere to be able to convey enthusiasm to children.
- They develop a strong sense of belonging.
